Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the DealDraft website at dealdraft.me and the early-access waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Note: DealDraft is currently an individual, pre-launch project rather than a registered company, so these terms are written on that basis. If DealDraft is later incorporated, this section will name the registered entity, and a lawyer should review the whole document at that point against the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable state RERA rules.

1. About DealDraft

DealDraft is built and operated by its independent founder, based in India, currently as an individual rather than a registered company. DealDraft is a technology platform that helps buyers and renters discover properties and connect with brokers. DealDraft is not a real estate agent, broker, developer or party to any property transaction. We do not own, sell, rent or manage any property listed on the platform.

2. Current status of the service

DealDraft has not launched. The website currently offers information about the product and a waitlist form. Features described on this site — AI listings, 3D tours, in-app chat, appointment booking — describe our planned product and may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. Joining the waitlist does not create any guarantee of access, pricing or service.

3. Joining the waitlist

4. Broker verification and the Trusted Badge

When the platform launches, brokers who wish to list must submit a government ID, business registration details and a sample listing. Brokers who pass this review receive the Trusted Badge.

Verification confirms that we checked the documents submitted to us at that time. It is not a guarantee of a broker's conduct, licensing status, the accuracy of their listings, or the outcome of any deal. You should carry out your own due diligence — including verifying title, RERA registration and possession — before paying any money or signing any agreement.

5. Listings and content

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, crawl, copy or resell content from DealDraft; not to interfere with or overload our systems; not to reverse-engineer the platform; not to impersonate another person or broker; and not to use the service to send spam or harass other users.

7. Fees

Browsing listings and joining the waitlist are free. When the platform launches, brokers will receive 3 free listings, after which paid plans apply for additional listings, the Trusted Badge, promoted placements and analytics. Prices, inclusions and any taxes will be shown before you are charged, and we may change them with notice.

8. Intellectual property

The DealDraft name, logo, site design, copy and software are owned by us and protected by Indian and international law. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant DealDraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

9. Third-party services

The site links to and relies on third parties including Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google Fonts, FormSubmit and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealDraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or from any dealing between you and a broker or property owner. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DealDraft against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will notify waitlist members by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting proceedings, please contact us at hello@dealdraft.me so we can try to resolve the matter.
