DealDraft is an independent, pre-launch project — not a funded startup, not a company with a team, just one person building a real estate platform they think should exist.
Why DealDraft
Property search software tends to fall into two camps: portals built for one country and stretched thin everywhere else, or generic CRM software that knows nothing about property. DealDraft is an attempt at a third option — a platform built around what an agent's day actually looks like, in whatever country they work in: write a listing, show it, talk to the buyer, book the viewing, keep track of the lead. AI-written descriptions and 3D walkthroughs are part of that, but they're tools in service of that workflow, not the pitch by themselves.
Where things actually stand
- DealDraft has not launched. There is no live app, no paying customers, no user count to report — and this site says so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
- It's currently built and run by one person, not a registered company. If that changes, the privacy policy and terms will be updated to name the entity.
- The waitlist is real and free to join, and tells me which markets to prioritise for launch — see the global coverage section on the homepage.
- Nothing about the product is fabricated on this site. Where a policy isn't decided yet — pricing, launch date, which countries first — the FAQ says so instead of guessing.
